Course Overview

About This Course

Nerves are not the enemy. Unstructured content is. Most people who freeze on stage do so because they are trying to remember what comes next, and memory fails under pressure in a way that structure does not. This course fixes the structure first, then works on delivery, and the nerves shrink on their own once you are no longer holding a script in your head.

Who This Course Is For

University students presenting projects, professionals pitching to management or clients, trainers and teachers, and anyone who avoids speaking opportunities because of nerves.

Lessons and Results

How a Lesson Runs

You speak in every session, recorded. The first half of the course is short talks of two to three minutes with immediate review, so the cycle of speak, watch, adjust repeats quickly. Later sessions move to longer talks with unexpected questions at the end. Reviewing your own recording is uncomfortable for the first two weeks and is the single most effective part of the course.

Result After the Course

You can deliver a ten minute talk from prompts, handle questions without panic, and recover when something goes wrong. Most learners volunteer for a speaking opportunity they would previously have avoided.

I get very nervous. Is this course going to be uncomfortable?

Mildly, and deliberately so, but it is paced. You start with two minutes to one trainer, not ten minutes to a group, and the difficulty rises only as you are ready for it.

Is this useful for online presentations too?

Yes. Camera presence, voice on a call and handling questions on video are covered specifically, since most professional presenting now happens on screen.
