Each session runs at least two timed speaking tasks into a microphone, with no notes visible, exactly as the real test works. Your trainer scores them against the official rubric and plays back the moments where delivery or development cost you points. The remaining time covers the section scheduled for that day, with integrated tasks practised more often than independent ones because they are where scores slip.
Candidates typically gain eight to fifteen points from their diagnostic score, with the largest gains in speaking and integrated writing, the two sections most people under practise.
