These terms apply when you book a free trial, enrol in a course or use hbseliteacademy.com. By booking a class with HBS Elite Academy you accept them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Who can enrol
If you are eighteen or over you can enrol yourself. If the student is under eighteen, a parent or guardian must make the booking, accept these terms and remain our point of contact for scheduling, fees and progress.
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate. If your level or goals turn out to be very different from what you told us, your trainer may recommend a different course, and we will discuss any change with you before it takes effect.
Free trial class
We offer one free trial class per student so you can meet a trainer and see how our classes work. The trial carries no obligation and no payment. We may decline a second free trial where a student has already taken one.
If you do not attend your trial without telling us, we may ask you to confirm your interest before we schedule another.
Fees and enrolment
We do not publish fixed prices, because the right fee depends on the course, the format, the number of classes each week and the length of each session. After your enquiry or trial we send you a written quote covering the course, the schedule and the fee.
Your enrolment begins once you accept that quote and pay for your first period. Fees are quoted in Pakistani rupees unless we agree otherwise in writing. Any bank charges or transfer fees are yours to pay.
We may revise our fees from time to time. An increase never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will give you at least thirty days notice before it applies to your next period.
Payment
We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and direct bank transfer. Payment is due in advance of the period it covers.
Always send payment only to the account details we confirm to you in writing from our official number or email address. If you ever receive payment details from an unfamiliar number or account, contact us on +92 310 0796940 before sending anything.
If a payment is more than seven days overdue we may pause your classes until it is settled. We will always contact you before pausing anything.
Scheduling, cancellation and missed classes
Your class times are agreed with you when you enrol and are held in Pakistan Standard Time unless we agree otherwise.
- To reschedule a class, tell us at least twelve hours in advance and we will move it at no cost, subject to trainer availability.
- A class cancelled with less than twelve hours notice counts as taken.
- If you do not join within fifteen minutes of the start time and have not told us, the class counts as taken.
- If we cancel a class for any reason, you receive a replacement class at no cost.
- We allow a reasonable number of reschedules each month. If rescheduling becomes constant, your trainer will talk to you about moving to a schedule that actually fits your week.
Your trainer
We match you with a trainer based on your level, goals and preferred timing. If the match is not working, tell us and we will move you to another trainer at no cost. We may also change your trainer where staffing requires it, and we will tell you in advance.
Class recordings
Where a class is recorded, the recording is provided for your personal study only. You may not publish it, share it, sell it or upload it anywhere.
You may not record a class yourself without the written permission of your trainer and of anyone else taking part. In group classes, this protects the privacy of other students.
Group classes
In a group class you share the session with other learners. Treat them with respect, give them room to speak, and keep anything personal they share inside the class. We may remove a student from a group where their behaviour spoils the session for others.
Refunds
- Before your first paid class, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
- After classes have begun, we refund the unused portion of your paid period, calculated on the number of classes remaining, less any transaction charges.
- Classes missed without notice are not refunded.
- Where we cancel your course or cannot provide a trainer, we refund the unused portion in full.
Refunds are made to the same account the payment came from, normally within fourteen working days.
What we promise and what we do not
We promise that your classes are delivered by trainers we have assessed, that your sessions run as scheduled, and that you receive honest feedback on your progress.
We do not promise a specific result. Progress in speaking depends heavily on how much you practise between classes, your starting level and your attendance. In particular, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific IELTS or TOEFL score, a pass in any examination, a job, a promotion or a visa outcome. Any score, band or timeframe mentioned on this website or by a trainer is an indication based on past students, not a commitment.
What you need to attend
You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, microphone and a reasonably quiet place to speak. Classes disrupted by your connection or equipment count as taken, although your trainer will always try to make up lost time where they reasonably can.
Student conduct
We expect courtesy towards trainers and other students. We may suspend or end your enrolment without refund if you harass, threaten or abuse a trainer or another student, share class recordings or materials, attempt to recruit our trainers privately, or behave in a way that makes teaching unsafe or impossible.
Intellectual property
Our course materials, worksheets, recordings, website text and designs belong to HBS Elite Academy. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, resell, republish or use them to teach others without our written permission.
Website use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, disrupt it, or use automated tools to harvest content or submit forms. We may block access where we see abuse.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
Our liability to you in connection with your classes is limited to the amount you paid us for the period in which the problem arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost earnings, lost opportunities or examination fees. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.
Ending your enrolment
You may stop at any time by telling us in writing. Refunds follow the section above. We may end an enrolment where fees remain unpaid or where these terms are seriously breached.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Where a change affects students who are already enrolled, we will tell you directly, and it will not apply to a period you have already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
