Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit an enquiry or trial request on our website, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address if you choose to provide it, your city, the course you are interested in, your current English level, your preferred class time, and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page you submitted the form from, so we understand what you were reading when you contacted us.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and keep track of what was agreed.
If you enrol, we collect the information needed to run your classes and confirm payment. This may include your date of birth or age range, your learning goals, the name and contact details of a parent or guardian where the student is a child, and a record of the payments you have made.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed and the website or search that brought you here. We use this to understand what is useful on the site and to keep it secure.
Class participation
Classes run on live video. Your trainer keeps brief notes on your progress so lessons build on each other and so we can tell you honestly how you are improving.
Some classes are recorded so you can review them later. We will always tell you before a session is recorded. If you do not want to appear in a recording you can keep your camera off, and you can ask us not to record your sessions at all. Recordings are shared only with you and your trainer, and we do not publish any recording or use it in marketing without asking you first and getting your clear agreement in writing.
Children and parental consent
We teach children from around six years of age. If the student is under eighteen, a parent or guardian must make the enquiry, agree to these terms and provide the contact details we hold. We communicate with the parent or guardian, not the child, about scheduling, fees and progress.
We collect only what we need to teach a child safely and well. If you believe we hold information about a child without the consent of a parent or guardian, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
How we use your information

We contact you by WhatsApp because that is how most of our students prefer to communicate. If you would rather we used email or phone only, tell us and we will respect that.
Marketing
We may send you occasional messages about new courses, schedules or offers. You can stop these at any time by replying stop on WhatsApp, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or emailing us. Stopping marketing messages does not stop the messages we need to send about classes you are already enrolled in.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your information to anyone. We share it only where it is needed to run the academy.
- Our trainers: your name, level, goals and schedule, so they can teach you properly
- Video conferencing providers: the platform used to host your live class
- Payment providers: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and our bank, which process the transaction under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your full card details, account password or transaction PIN.
- Website hosting and email providers: who store the site and our mailboxes
- Analytics providers: which help us understand how the website is used
- Professional advisers and authorities: where we are required to by law
Note that when you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies. Some are necessary for the site and the enquiry form to work. Others help us measure how many people visit, which pages they read and where they came from.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, parts of the site such as the enquiry form may stop working correctly.
How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment: up to twelve months, then deleted
- Student records: for as long as you study with us and up to three years afterwards, so we can answer questions and reissue certificates
- Payment and accounting records: for as long as Pakistani tax and accounting rules require
- Class recordings: normally twelve months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
Your choices and your rights
You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will respond within thirty days.
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Send you a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop using it for marketing
- Delete your class recordings
Email info@hbseliteacademy.com with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can access your information by pretending to be you.
If you are contacting us from the United Kingdom, the European Union or another region with its own data protection law, you may also have rights under that law, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Write to us first and we will try to resolve the matter directly.
Where your information is stored
Our website, email and video conferencing services may store information on servers outside Pakistan. By using our services you accept that your information may be processed in other countries, under the protections those providers apply.
Security
We use encrypted connections on our website, restrict access to student records to the people who need it, and review who has access to our accounts. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously and will tell you promptly if an incident affects your information.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services or our tools change. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell current students directly.
